NetworkManager is a program for providing detection and configuration for systems to automatically connect to network.NetworkManager allows configuration and control of VPN daemons through a plugin interface.
You can install the following package to provide support for IPsec/IKEv2 connections inside NetworkManager(Debian/Ubuntu).
$ sudo apt-get install network-manager-strongswan
Click NetworkManager and then create IKEv2 connection:
